FAQs

What happens after registration?
You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes of your purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. Save this information. Or print it and stick it on the refrigerator. It contains all basic information and your registration number.

What does my child need to bring?
About one week before the camp starts, you'll receive a startup email with more details.

How do you audition for a role?
We make auditions fun and stress-free. Younger kids do a theater exercise. Teens do a reading. Middle schoolers do both. Singing is optional. Participants request their top 3 roles or sections. We do our best to honor their choices.

Does everyone get a role?
Our motto is 'Every child takes center stage.' We adapt shows so everyone can have a part. We offer singing solos at all our sessions and camps. Schools usually give solos to fifth graders and eighth graders.

Do I need voice lessons?
We do not recommend formal voice training before ages 14-15. You may benefit from informal lessons with a qualified teacher. Learn how to use the voice as an instrument and express emotion.
